Andres Diamond born in 1986 but musically, just in 2001 with just one old turntable a chep mixer and a very cheap cd player.
Since 2001 many things are changed, and MAYBE improved, but not his aim to provide a new kind of dancefloor, untied to ordinary music, even where others would have advice against.
Private parties, City Squares, Buildings roofs, everywhere, is the perfect theatre for an unconventional Dj Set made of Vinyl and Rythm.
In 2007 he reached doing Dj as his dominant profession, as resident Dj in a couple of places in Milano and close to there (Tempo Degli Artisti, Totem), providing an always different selection, unlike many other resident dj's in Town, busy in trying to sound like an awful pop radio in the morning time...
All his efforts end in nothing, each time a club owner accepts the first dj knoking on the door that plays for free, that obly his friends to pay for a table, or that brings with him a lot of school-mates and relatives...Music doesn't matter...neither skills do...
That' s why in 2008 started to make his own radioshow named "Disco Diamond" available on Fm Radio in north of Italy, and in his Myspace. The radioshow is a mix of new dancefloor tunes, promos and voices from Tv, Cinema, his life, and Radio, in which music is the soundtrack for adventuring in deep thoughts or laughs, about the statements you can listen...
Still in 2008 he played his Dj set in Student's Live Party in Monza, after J. Ax performance, and Park In Rock, a parks of Milan music tour with well known italian musicians such as Marracash, Pornoriviste, Vallanzaska...
He also played in University Village, the holidays for undergraduates from all over Italy, staged by Event Sound Promotion in Costa Smeralda.
In 2009 he touched many Milan posh clubs consolles, such as Luminal, Atlantique, Speakeasy and Lotus, and others like Fura (Brescia) and Opera (Les Deux Alpes, France), sounding like he always did, to be more precise, ignoring braveless staff's or owner's advices.
His never ending passion became a subject, letting him able to have new fascinating stuff in his set, like Nintendo Wii & DS, DMX through synchronized strobo and lights, or creative video live composing during the live audio set.
Last but not least he's producing music and will exit soon on Phoenix Found Records/ Smilax.
Andres Diamond is also an Italian top 3 Wrestler since 2006, and put his grit for quality of party in Milano...where interesting places are slowly disappearing...
